Step 1: Exfoliate – Scrub off the dull layer of dead skin cells found on the surface of your skin by using a Sisal Wash Cloth for your face and an Ayate Wash Cloth for your feet to reveal radiant healthy skin. You can make your own exfoliants using easy to find exfoliants like salt or sugar mixed with natural ingredients like Shea Butter, olive oil and other nourishing oils. Gently massage your exfoliant mix into your skin and rinse off with warm water leaving your skin feeling soft, smooth and moisturized.
Step 2: Cleanse Skin Gently – For softer skin avoid harshly textured and/or fragrance soaps especially on your face. Try cleansing with African Black Soap containing natural essential oils and colloidal oatmeal for softer, healthier skin instead.
Step 3: Moisturize – Moisturize while your skin is still damp to soften years of dryness over time and to lock in moisture for long-lasting softness. Shea Butter combined with essential oils is especially good for moisturizing dry to eczema-prone skin.
