Shipping

We offer free shipping on any order over $75.00. Free Shipping is applied to Ground Shipments.

It can take about 3-5 business days, and you can always track it by visiting your Shea Radiance’s Profile Page, or using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order ships.

We officially ship to the United States, UK and Japan, (we need to check currency accepted by Shopify). We hope to officially ship to more countries soon!

Meanwhile, please message us at international@shearadiance.com if we don't officially offer shipping in your area. We have other shipping methods outside of our official website.

We also ship to US Military APO, FPO & DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Shipping to these areas, as well as Hawaii and Alaska, tends to take a bit longer. We’re unable to offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

We partner with the USPS and UPS to get your products to you quickly. No matter how you ship, you'll receive a tracking number in your inbox as soon as your package goes out.

While we work hard to ensure that everyone gets their order on time, friends in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may see shipments of up to 4 weeks.

Orders shipping to the East Coast United States takes approximately 3-5 business days and shipments to the West Coast United States takes approximately 4-5 business days.
