How long will it take my order to arrive?

It can take about 3-5business days, and you can always track it by visiting your Shea Radiance’s Profile Page, or using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order ships. 

We partner with the USPS and UPS to get your products to you quickly. No matter how you ship, you'll receive a tracking number in your inbox as soon as your package goes out. 

While we work hard to ensure that everyone gets their order on time, friends in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may see shipments of up to 4 weeks.

Can't login or forgot password?

First, since you've already created an account with us, be sure to click the link that says Already have an account? Sign In, then click on the "Forgot Password?" link below. 

Once you've clicked "Forgot Password?" simply type in your email address and hit submit, and we'll send a password reset email to your inbox. Make sure you use the email address you've been receiving Shea Radiance's emails with. 

It should only take a couple minutes for the password reset email to arrive in your inbox. You don't need to do the "Forgot password?" process more than once, or you'll receive multiple emails. If this happens, just use the most recent email we've sent, otherwise you won't be able to successfully reset your password. 

Once you receive a password reset email you'll have 24 hours before it expires to open it up, click on the link inside, and create a new password.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States, Canada and UK

We also ship to US Military APO, FPO & DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Shipping to these areas, as well as Hawaii and Alaska, tends to take a bit longer. 

We’re unable to offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Do I have to use both your shampoo and one of your conditioners?

Nope, use whatever products are right for you! Our shampoo, conditioner, hair milk, hair butter, conditioning hair mask, and hair repair cream were made to work as great, stand-alone products, whether or not you use them together. That said, it never hurts to use several products together.

What's the best way to use your body cream and pure shea butter products?

Every product is true to the shea tradition of our lifelong knowledge of shea’s essential healing properties. Our Antioxidant Body Creams are rich and norishing. They sink right into the skin with no greasy feel and provide long lasting moisture. The body cream is formulated for the body but is safe enough to be used on the face.

Our whipped shea butter and pure unrefined butters are excellent for very dry skin. These products do not contain any water so they are thick like butter. Take a dime size scoop into the palm of your hands. rub palms together so the heat from your palm melts the butter. This rich butter works best on damp skin right after a shower or bath. Butter will sink into damp skin within a few minutes.

Can I use any of your body cream and butter products on my face?

Shea butter creams and pure shea butter are super rich and thick. They can be used sparingly on the face if skin is very dry. Best used while skin is damp.

Do you test any of your products on animals?

We DO NOT test our products on animals, and that will never change.

Have questions about ingredients?

We care deeply about the quality of our products. There are no parabens or sulfates in our formulas and all products are both gluten-free and vegan. If you need a full ingredient list, please reach out to us and we'll send it your way.

Why is the consistency different from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?

We use natural and organic ingredients with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ.

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your physician.

How do I check if a product has a certain ingredient?

Our ingredient list is on product page and also on product label. 

Where are your products made?

Our Authentic African Black Soaps custom made for us in Accra Ghana. We source our key ingrdient, shea butter directly from women run cooperative in Nigeria and Ghana. All our products except for the Authentic African Black Soap Bars, are formulated and manufactured in small batches in our factory in Maryland. It gives us great pride to create our products and we're glad to have so many great partners that help us.

  

ORDER QUESTIONS

What is your return policy?

We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too. If, after 5-8 uses, you find that you're unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Keep in mind, it does take some time to adjust to a hair and skin care system.

How do I make a return for my purchase I made through a retailer?

We do not provide returns or exchanges for retail store purchases.  Please contact the store.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. However, we do not accept checks, prepaid cards, or money orders at this time.

COMPANY QUESTIONS

Can I purchase Shea Radiance’s products at retail locations?

Yes! Our products are available in Whole Food stores. We are not available at every location, so we recommend contacting your local stores to make sure they carry our products.
